The coating liquid surface and the device have a purging mechanism for N2 or O2, and the speed control method can be switched between the normal dip mode and linear mode.
This device is designed to dip 10 pieces of 40mm square coatings simultaneously. It has a purging mechanism for N2 or O2 in the coating liquid surface and inside the device, and the speed control method can be switched between normal dip and linear modes. Additionally, it supports a total of 100 recipes and is a cleanroom-compatible, safety-enhanced explosion-proof device.
