The "CX253R" is an integrated NC rotary table equipped with a hydraulic chuck and cylinder. It combines the functions of holding the workpiece and performing rotation and indexing, allowing for an expanded machining area without compromising the space within the machine. It is 35% thinner than conventional rotary table combinations, enabling it to accommodate workpieces that previously could not fit and processes that were not possible before. Since the NC rotary table is installed in the machining area at all times, it features a shielded structure designed to prevent failures caused by chips, coolant, and cutting oil.
