【Heat Treatment Methods】 ■Quenching and Tempering - By tempering, FCD450 can achieve the tensile strength of FCD600. ■Annealing - Graphitizing annealing to decompose the chill structure formed during solidification. - Ferritizing annealing to remove pearlite for hardness reduction. (If pearlite structure remains, the hardness will appear higher.) ■Normalizing - To refine the base structure into a fine pearlite structure, aimed at increasing hardness and strength (refinement of pearlite). ■Stress Relief - To remove internal stresses and distortions that occur during solidification. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
