We accept small lot orders for "plastic profile extrusion" at our company. "Extrusion" is a method of continuously forming products with a constant cross-sectional shape by heating and plasticizing plastic raw material pellets in a cylinder, then extruding them through a mold using a screw. Pipes, tubes, and sheets can also be made in a similar way, but extrusion with complex cross-sectional shapes is specifically referred to as "profile extrusion." The resins that can be molded include rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, AES, PE, PS, and more. For flexible materials, two-color molding is also possible. If we have the materials in stock, we can accommodate production lots regardless of the raw material lot.
