The "QE-R" is a system developed in accordance with IEC and ASTM standards, allowing for the determination of the spectral sensitivity/quantum efficiency of solar cells by referencing the measurement procedures of each primary measurement institution. As options, it offers functions for internal quantum efficiency measurement (reflectance measurement) and transmittance measurement, as well as an LED bias function that allows selection of white light and wavelengths, and a variety of sample stages tailored to customer requirements.
