【Use Case: Companies Engaged in Electrophoretic Coating of Machine Parts】 We implemented a solution that integrates our developed process management system (contract development) with our web order system (SaaS) for the purpose of managing processes using labels (with QR codes). ■ Customers place orders through a dedicated web interface (products and unit prices can be displayed differently). ■ The implementing companies can check order details from the web management screen, plan production schedules, and labels are issued for each production plan. ■ On-site workers use handheld devices to scan the QR codes printed on each label to report the completion of processes (IoT). The completion information is immediately reflected in the progress status table on the web management screen. ■ If defective products are found, defective product labels are issued from a mobile printer. ■ Individual identification labels are issued for each hanger, and usage frequency and maintenance history are managed. ■ The web interface for customers also displays progress status and scheduled delivery dates, contributing to improved customer satisfaction. ■ We provide a system that does not stop due to replication.
