FRP construction of oil tanks that prevents deterioration from the inside of the tank for a semi-permanent period. Completely prevents leakage of hazardous materials. [Catalog available]
FRP lining completely prevents hazardous material leakage by applying FRP to the inner surface of tanks. The FRP lining sheet method involves attaching FRP sheets made of oil and chemical-resistant materials, which are manufactured in a factory, to the inside of the tank and curing them with ultraviolet light, ensuring that there is no corrosion from the inside for a semi-permanent duration. Once completed, it functions similarly to a double-shell tank. <Features of the Construction> ■ Tank inner surface lining (sheet method) This method eliminates the uneven thickness often caused by liquid dripping on the top surface of the tank during liquid FRP hand application (hand lay-up method), resulting in uniform thickness and high construction quality. ■ FRP cures with light (ultraviolet) [20-30 minutes] There is no heat generation during the curing of FRP, preventing any issues with the outer protective material. It can also be applied during winter. ■ Short construction period Construction can be completed in 5 to 10 days for two 10KL tanks simultaneously. Currently, environmental destruction due to global warming is progressing on a global scale. In this context, our country is experiencing leakage accidents at aging hazardous material storage facilities in various locations, and soil contamination has become a serious social issue. Additionally, due to amendments to the Fire Service Act concerning underground storage tanks, leakage prevention measures are now mandatory. The government is also actively implementing measures for soil contamination environmental conservation projects at fueling facilities, including bearing part of the subsidies. However, soil conservation measures must be addressed as a problem that requires cooperation between the public and private sectors. Our company is enhancing related products for leakage prevention measures, focusing on underground tanks and piping, so that owners of hazardous material storage facilities can operate their businesses with peace of mind. We hope to be of assistance to everyone with our many years of rich experience and reliable technology. ● FRP lining construction for underground tanks, etc. (Patent No. 3594183) ● Piping lining ● Construction of solvent tanks (Patent application 2014-185015; Utility model application 2015-003503) ● Steel tank inner surface FRP double-shell structure [with leakage detection device] (Patent application Japan 2012-256961; Utility model No. 3196696) (Patent Australia No. 2012-101365)
