[Green Plate Case Study] Improved Release Properties During Hot Pressing Operations!

We will introduce a case study on solving issues with our hot press machine release plate, the "Green Plate." During the process of thermally bonding veneer or printed paper to plywood, problems arose where the oozed adhesive solidified, leaving press marks on the product and causing the workpiece to stick to the press heat plate and not release. To address this, we introduced the "Green Plate," which is an aluminum plate coated with fluororesin for heat resistance.
