Applications/Examples of results
The TITAN probe, created with excellent mechanical precision, achieves a contact chip with an accurate 50Ω characteristic, enabling unprecedented high-precision RF calibration over a wide frequency range due to its electrical properties (low insertion loss/crosstalk, excellent reflection loss). Unlike probes and chips from other companies, the TITAN RF probe has exceptional visibility due to its unique MEMS chip structure. This allows even inexperienced operators to probe the RF probe onto calibration boards or DUT pads without using alignment marks. One of the features of the TITAN probe is its consistent wear. After hundreds or thousands of contacts, the length of the probe chip naturally decreases. However, due to its unique probe structure, the electrical properties remain unchanged. This results in the TITAN probe having a significantly longer lifespan compared to other probes.
