Just by applying water, you can create a thin, highly durable, water-resistant, and fire-resistant concrete surface that is soft and easy to install! After hydration, it is highly durable! Safe for seawater too!
Concrete Canvas (CC) is a composite material developed in the UK that combines concrete and canvas (fabric). It consists of a special formulation of dry concrete mix sandwiched between a three-dimensional fiber matrix woven fabric and a PVC sheet, creating a cement-encased canvas. When laid on the desired surface and sprayed with water or fully submerged in water, the dry concrete begins to harden, allowing for the construction of a thin, highly durable, water-resistant, and fire-resistant concrete surface. **Usage Situations** Concrete Canvas is utilized in various locations, leveraging its unique properties. Applications include: - Waterway construction - Erosion prevention (surface protection) - Dam protection - Pipeline protection - Design - Shelter - Three-sided waterway construction (large cross-section) - Three-sided waterway construction (small cross-section) - Slope protection works - Erosion prevention works - Dam protection works - Pipeline protection works - Pipeline lining works - Cable protection works - Revitalization of embankments - Mine closure (mining development)

basic information
【Construction Precautions】 - Concrete canvas does not over-hydrate, so it is recommended to apply water up to the point of excessive application. - The minimum water-cement ratio (by weight) is 1:2. - Do not apply high-pressure water directly onto the concrete canvas, as it may create water pathways. - Concrete canvas hydrates with both saltwater and freshwater. - Concrete canvas hydrates and cures even underwater. - Concrete canvas remains workable for 1 to 2 hours after hydration. - Do not move it once curing has begun. - In tropical regions, the workable time is reduced. - Concrete canvas reaches the specified strength in 24 hours and continues to gain strength for several years. - If the concrete canvas is not fully saturated, curing will be delayed and strength development will be difficult. - If curing is delayed, rehydrate it with a large amount of water.
