Our company develops and manufactures "titanium-based powder" with low impurity and oxygen levels achieved through fine powder removal, and with uniform particle size. In particular, "titanium powder" has a titanium purity of 99.8% for standard products, and high-purity products achieve a purity of 99.95% using the hydrogenation-dehydrogenation method (HDH method). This contributes to improved true density of sintered parts and greater design flexibility of components. Additionally, we handle "hydrogenated powder" containing 4% hydrogen, and we are developing titanium-based alloy powders such as 64 alloy powder for 3D printers (electron beam type and laser beam type). ★ Samples are currently available.
