The fine cutting of terminals is fully automated with an automatic feeding mechanism. Feed adjustment for polishing is also possible.

The "CS-04PC" is a portable terminal cut monitor that allows for easy confirmation of cross-section samples on the crimping site, including quality checks and app adjustments. Set the terminal in the dedicated terminal crimper and press the start button. The fine cut of the terminal is fully automated with an automatic feeding mechanism. It prevents overload, minimizing damage and wear on the low stone. This product intentionally manualizes the sliding mechanism during polishing to allow for subtle adjustments.
