- By combining a unique housing lock structure and sealing material, we have cleared the conditions of the automotive parts wire harness connector testing method "JASO D616," including high-pressure washing, achieving high waterproof performance and reliability. - We accommodate not only copper wires, which are widely used in automotive harnesses, but also aluminum wires that weigh about 60% less than copper, contributing to vehicle weight reduction. - No pre-treatment of the wires (such as stripping) is required; the wires can be easily assembled by attaching them, bending the hinge part, and simply pressing them with general-purpose tools (such as pliers).
