This product is a continuous steam cooker. It reduces the primary side steam to an appropriate pressure for the system and gently fills the chamber with steam at a low pressure. By doing so, steam fills the chamber evenly without significant variation, minimizing steam escape through the front and rear ducts, resulting in less steam loss and significant energy savings.
