The Amagi Factory, located in the nature-rich city of Izu, Funabara, spans approximately 30,000 square meters and was established in 1999 for the full-scale manufacturing of micro screws and parts. The materials for "ultra-small micro screws" with diameters ranging from 0.8 mm to 2 mm are special and hard compared to regular screw materials, making them very difficult to process. After several years of trial and error, our company successfully established advanced processing technology.
