Introducing a case of implementing a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in a restaurant.
We introduced "Ramen Shioya," located in a mixed-use building near Shimane University in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, which is particular about its salt blends, to "Dipole." The introduction was prompted by an invitation from a plumber to visit the Dipole kitchen, where I experienced the difference in the deliciousness of the rice. Our maintenance-free product is economical, so we implemented it right at the opening. When we cooked rice, it turned out deliciously. Additionally, when cleaning around the boiling pot with a steel scrubber, the dirt came off easily, and although a large amount of oil is used, it seems that using hot water makes it less likely to accumulate.
