We introduced the "DIPOLE" to Hinode Tofu Shop in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture. Initially, we were concerned that the taste of the tofu might change, but we were convinced when we saw the incredibly sweet soy milk produced. When the tofu was coagulated, it remained unchanged, and we were relieved to find that good tofu was still being made. The water tasted better, and the soaking time for dried soybeans was shortened significantly; previously, we soaked them for 24 hours, but now it only takes about 6 hours. Additionally, while rust typically forms inside regular boilers, the boiler technician was surprised at how clean it was inside, making cleaning in the factory easier.
