This is an introduction to a fully automated processing line for bending, cutting, chamfering, diameter correction, and cleaning of short pipes after terminal processing. Each process is carried out by independent machines, connected by a conveyor system for full automation. If the product changes and this automated line can no longer be used, it can be disassembled and used as individual machines. 【Product Flow】 ■1. Hopper (Processing cycle time: 15-16 seconds per piece) ■2. First bend (with wiper and pressure booster for 1D bending) ■3. Extraction and transportation ■4. After bending, one side is cut using a spin cutter (The cut-off scrap is automatically discharged separately) - Transportation ■5. The inner surface of the cut section is chamfered with a chamfering cutter (Removing chips with air blow and vacuum while transporting) ■6. Diameter correction (two-punch type) due to deformation near the bend - Transportation ■7. Cleaning (immersed in a sealed container with cleaning solution for a set time, then air blown) ■8.
