Soldering Unit You can choose either a soldering unit for point soldering or for slide soldering. The soldering tip uses a cartridge system, allowing for easy and quick replacement without any misalignment after changing. The solder supply position can be finely adjusted up, down, left, and right, making it easy to supply solder wire to the desired position.

Solder feeding feeder It allows for precise control using a pulse motor. The feeding/retracting amount can be controlled in increments of 0.1mm from 1.0mm to 99.9mm. The feeding/retracting speed can be set from 1.0 to 50.0mm/sec in increments of 0.1mm/sec. Additionally, it is equipped with a solder run-out switch and a solder jam switch, which stop the operation of the device when the solder runs out or becomes jammed, preventing any un-soldered areas.

Solder Ball Splash Prevention Roller ZSB *Option Adoption Rate No.1 While feeding solder wire with high precision, it creates holes on the side of the solder wire using a roulette blade. Flux seeps out from these holes, which suppresses flux explosions and minimizes the scattering of solder balls. *Can be attached to the feeder section as an option.
