The "U-tube type heat exchanger" is a heat exchanger made by bending steel pipes into a U shape, as a replacement for channel-type turn bends. The steel pipes can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, or special heat-resistant steel based on temperature and gas composition. To achieve high heat transfer performance, the heat source gas flows perpendicularly to the tubes on the outside, while the preheated gas flows at high speed inside the tubes to enhance the cooling effect. High-temperature preheating is possible up to a heat source temperature of 950°C and a preheated gas temperature of 750°C.
