basic information
Precautions - When using pigments in powder form, it can cause uneven coloring or speckling, so always dissolve them in warm water before use. At this time, pigments are easily affected by metals, so use containers made of glass, ceramics, enamel, stainless steel, or synthetic resin, and be particularly careful to dissolve formulation pigments thoroughly before use. - Pay close attention to the water quality when dissolving pigments. Hardness, iron, chlorine, pH, and other factors can make it difficult to dissolve, or cause discoloration or fading. The "dilution factor of water during dissolution" for pigments is the factor that can be stored at room temperature. - If storing a solution after dissolving pigments, be very careful about the solubility of the pigments. If stored at low temperatures, pigments may precipitate and change color, so please refer to the solubility chart and store at a reasonable temperature or concentration (also choose a place that is not exposed to light for storage). - Foods that have been colored must be labeled to indicate that food-grade tartrazine was used. - Please refer to the target foods for usage standards before use.
