Case study of the utilization of a two-liquid mixing and dispensing device: Sealing of relays.
Effective in reducing the time required for expulsion! Introducing examples of its application in relay sealing.
We would like to introduce a case study utilizing our two-component mixing dispensing device, the MGS dispenser. In this case, the two-component mixing dispensing device was mounted on an XY robot and used for relay sealing. We were able to achieve a reduction in the time required for dispensing. 【Overview】 ■ Application: Relay sealing ■ Resin used: Two-component epoxy resin ■ Effect: Reduction in dispensing time ■ Our applicable models: ID-200N, X020 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Options】 ■Cartridge Separation Unit - By separating the mixer, which is the motor part, from the cartridge, which is the mixing part, and attaching the cartridge part to the XY robot, it accommodates the payload capacity of the XY robot. ■Mixer Heating Device - By heating the mixing part, the viscosity of the resin being discharged decreases, allowing for quicker adhesion of the resin to the workpiece. - The operation of the XY robot is simplified, and the time required for discharge is also reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
