[Case Study of Utilizing a Two-Component Mixing Discharge Device] Adhesion of the sensor part of an electronic thermometer to the main body.
Preventing residual bubbles in the work! Introducing a case study on the use of adhesive for the thermal sensor part and the main body of an electronic thermometer.
We would like to introduce a case study utilizing our two-component mixing dispensing device, the MGS dispenser. In this case, the two-component mixing dispensing device was mounted on a vertical and horizontal movement apparatus and was used for bonding the sensing part of an electronic thermometer to its main body. This setup improves the flow of resin within the workpiece, effectively preventing the retention of bubbles inside. 【Overview】 ■ Application: Bonding the sensing part of an electronic thermometer to its main body ■ Resin used: Alumina-filled two-component epoxy resin ■ Effect: Improves the flow of resin within the workpiece, preventing the retention of bubbles ■ Applicable models from our company: ID-200N, X020 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
