Introduction of a system capable of detecting artificial defects with a width of 0.1mm, depth of 0.1mm, and length of 5mm or more.

The "P.A.Q. System" conducts eddy current testing just before cold forging, allowing it to detect not only material and processing defects identified during wire drawing but also handling defects that occur between wire drawing and cold forging. By employing a high-performance sensor with noise reduction mechanisms, it can detect artificial defects with a width of 0.1mm, a depth of 0.1mm, and a length of 5mm or more.
