Our cold forging process uses wire materials (coil materials) and involves the plastic deformation of iron and non-ferrous materials (wire) at room temperature using specialized molds to shape them into desired forms. Additionally, there are processes such as warm forging and hot forging, which involve applying heat to the materials for shaping. 【Features】 - We design our molds in-house, allowing for quick responses. - A consistent production system from material selection to cold forging process design. - We have 10 part formers with a forging capacity of 35 tons to 450 tons (for supply material diameters from φ8 to φ33).
