The 'EWR 500' reliably removes burrs between the tool and hole wall that could not be completely eliminated by conventional reaming in a short time. It is a unique product with a patented tool shape by Gühring. The coolant pressure applied radially closes the gap between the reamer and the hole wall during processing. By utilizing coolant pressure, burrs at the intersection of holes can be reliably removed.
