[Recruiting Joint Development Companies] Introduction of a non-contact power supply circuit to solve malfunctions and troubles of multi-joint arm robots *System under development
Introducing our development of a "non-contact power supply circuit for multi-joint arm robots." Conventional arm robots have faced issues such as power cables breaking due to joint rotation, or cables restricting the range of motion at the joints, leading to malfunctions and problems. This results in costs and time required for replacements. However, our arm robot currently under development aims to avoid cable breakage by adopting a "non-contact power supply circuit," which will also enable infinite rotation without cables. Additionally, we aim to resolve traditional issues and achieve added value through improved efficiency during inspections via modularization. We are seeking companies interested in collaborating on this development. 【+α System】 ■ Modularization of the system - Easily detachable for convenient inspection work ■ Simultaneous transmission of power and signals - Control cables will also be non-contact ■ Application to IoT - Connection between devices, factories, and base stations at the factory level *We welcome individual visits. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
