IPM Motor: Ideal for applications where maintenance is to be avoided with high torque and constant speed. Customization available for small lots.
This is an embedded magnet type (IPM) motor with permanent magnets embedded in the rotor. 【Features】 ■ There are no mechanical contacts (brushes and commutators), which are drawbacks of DC motors, so there are no issues with insulation, voltage resistance reduction, or external contamination due to brush wear particles. ■ Compared to brushed motors, it offers many advantages such as energy efficiency, long lifespan, compact size, lightweight, low noise, and maintenance-free operation. ■ Since the magnets are embedded in the rotor, there is no risk of centrifugal separation of the magnets, making it mechanically safe. ■ By utilizing both magnetic torque and reluctance torque, it enables high torque and high power operation. ■ It can be adapted to a variety of applications with microcontroller control. ■ Products can be customized according to customer requests, including voltage, rotation speed, gear reduction, and various shapes. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in 1959, we have been based in Fukuoka, adhering to the philosophy of "manufacturing from the customer's perspective" and leveraging the technological expertise inherited from Mitsubishi Electric. We collaboratively develop custom-designed motors tailored to specific applications with our customers, ensuring high quality while achieving optimal costs. Our in-house production facilities (motor shaft and gear processing, heat treatment and polishing, winding and varnishing, aluminum die-casting) enable us to produce drive motors and reduction units that can handle high loads, as well as integrated devices, in a consistent system with small-lot production.
