Solenoid application example: vending machine change dispensing device

Introducing examples applied to vending machine change dispensers and automatic currency exchange machines.

Here is an example of applying the SDC type solenoid to the change dispensing device of a vending machine and an automatic coin changer. The movable iron core of the SDC type solenoid is connected to a dispensing plate via a lever, which dispenses coins from the cylinder. When the solenoid is energized, the dispensing plate rotates at a certain angle in the direction of the arrow and sends out a coin through the dispensing hole. When the power is turned off, the dispensing plate returns to its original position due to the return spring attached to it. By providing some play in the connection between the lever and the dispensing plate as a long hole, smooth operation is achieved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
