Introducing an example applied to a lightweight item dispensing device for tobacco and similar products.
Here is an example of applying the SDC type solenoid to a lightweight item dispensing device such as for tobacco. The typical operating stroke of a solenoid is 3 to 10 mm, but when a long stroke of 60 to 80 mm is required, it is necessary to use levers and links to achieve the long stroke. The diagram shows the unexcited state, where the ejector is returned by a return spring. When the solenoid is energized, the lever is pulled, and the ejector moves in the direction of the arrow, pushing the item inside the case outwards. When the excitation is removed, the ejector is retracted and returns to its original position. If multiple items are needed at once, the required quantity can be obtained by sending a signal to the solenoid the corresponding number of times. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
