Our automatic filling machine, the 'ABS Series', minimizes the use of interchangeable attachments and significantly reduces time loss during bottle type changes, making it suitable for small-lot production of various products. It is compatible with both glass bottle and PET bottle filling, as well as room temperature and heated filling. Depending on production capacity, there are four models available with 4, 6, 8, or 10 nozzles. It is widely used for brewing products such as sake, soy sauce, and vinegar, as well as for beverages like mineral water and tea. 【Features】 - Container switching can be done in about 5 to 6 minutes with computer control. - Container diameters range from Φ40mm to 120mm, and square or irregular bottles are also possible. - Very cost-effective as conversion parts are mostly unnecessary. - Extremely convenient as it can handle both cold and hot filling. - The tank elevation is electric, allowing for easy setup with a switch operation. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
