Aluminum reflector "vega"

Energy-saving and light distribution control is possible with high-reflectivity aluminum material.

The 'vega' series manufactured by Italian company Almecco significantly improves reflectivity by applying anodizing treatment (anodic oxidation) to high-purity aluminum, followed by PVD coating (physical vapor deposition). The vega95 series, with aluminum deposition (purity 99.99%), achieves a total reflectivity of over 95%, while the vega98 series, with silver deposition (purity 99.99%), achieves a total reflectivity of over 98%. The PVD manufacturing line, which is crucial for achieving this high reflectivity, is equipped at Almecco's factory in Germany, producing uniform and high-quality high-reflectivity aluminum materials through continuous coil-to-coil processing. The 'vega' series, with its high reflectivity, contributes to energy savings.
