This is to improve thermal insulation, and complex extruded shapes (multi-chamber: multi-layer shapes) are used for the sash cross-section. 【Products Used】 ■ Rigid Resin Extruded Profiles The extruded products are designed and processed in-house, allowing for flexible adaptation to various cross-sectional shapes. It is also possible to manufacture using three types of materials extruded simultaneously, tailored to specific applications. ■ Soft Molded Products - Rigid and Soft Simultaneous Molded Products (Glazing Gaskets) Simultaneous molding of rigid and soft resin materials is possible. ■ Injection Molding Parts (such as rollers) Plastic heated to a softening temperature is injected under pressure into a mold, filling the mold to form the product.
