The locking device plays an important role in ensuring the starting point of the moving mechanism, reliable stopping after reciprocating motion, and the reliable operation of switches that detect moving objects. The diagram shows the unexcited state, ensuring a fixed position. The table is locked by the force of the spring, and by exciting the solenoid, the lever moves in the direction of the arrow, causing the tip of the hinge lever to disengage from the edge of the table, thereby releasing the lock.
