Introduction of an example applying SDC type solenoid for driving slide switches.
The slide switch, which was traditionally driven by a mechanical mechanism, has been converted to solenoid drive, and this diagram shows the state without excitation. When the solenoid is energized, the movable iron core and the drive hook move in the direction of the arrow, operating the slide switch. The slide amount at this time is approximately 2 to 3 mm. When the excitation of the solenoid is released, it returns to its original position due to the spring built into the slide switch. This system has the advantage of being able to switch multiple circuits at once, but in response to the demand for power savings after excitation, using the KPS type (Key P Solenoid), which is energy-saving, is one method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
