Gerhardt Corporation Soxhlet Extractor
A device that completely automates the extraction of crude fat from food. It can extract at about five times the speed compared to conventional Soxhlet extraction. Compliant with food labeling laws, it measures lipids.
Soxsam offers three types of extraction devices: 2, 4, and 6-unit models. The extraction devices can be controlled from either a computer with the dedicated software 'Soxsam Manager' installed or from the compact 'Multistat Controller'. Both the computer and the Multistat Controller can control up to four extraction devices. The fully automated operation from start to finish enhances the safety of the operator. Additionally, this device controls the opening and closing of the safety door and the operation during solvent recovery using air from the included compressor. It does not use electric motors, which can be a source of trouble. ★ Please watch the video for more details ★
