The tube is a two-layer waterproof type. It is bonded with polyamide adhesive to a semi-rigid heat-shrink outer layer, and after shrinking, it can provide waterproofing as well as reinforcement against vibrations. The use of a dedicated crimping tool is recommended (Model: CT2005).
