Features of Sync Motion ■ Low Noise Design Sync Motion evenly arranges each rolling element, effectively reducing the high-frequency impact noise that can be bothersome. ■ Extended Lifespan with Uniform Lubrication Sync Motion incorporates a grease retention space, improving grease circulation during operation. This reduces maintenance frequency and extends lifespan. ■ Improved Running Parallelism Guides without Sync Motion lack a holder for the rolling elements during operation, leading to continuous back-and-forth impacts between loaded and unloaded rolling elements, resulting in significant fluctuations in friction resistance. In the series with Sync Motion, the rolling elements are connected and evenly arranged, so when one block starts moving, all rolling elements move simultaneously, eliminating collisions between them. This maintains a consistent running motion and reduces the variation in friction resistance. ■ High-Speed Design Sync Motion prevents friction contact between rolling elements, and the contact area between the rolling elements and Sync Motion is small, significantly reducing friction resistance.
