A new wireless communication method resistant to noise. A touch probe that can be used continuously for 180 hours on a single battery.
The "RC-K3E Series" is a super compact, high-precision touch probe that is resistant to radio interference compared to conventional infrared communication and is unaffected by obstacles or coolant. With its unique four-point support mechanical structure, it achieves a repeatability accuracy of 1μm. It constantly searches the wireless radio environment and automatically selects the most suitable channel. Additionally, it enables high-precision measurements on five-axis machining centers and large multifunction machines where infrared communication is difficult. 【Features】 ■ Adopts a new wireless communication method that is resistant to noise ■ 1μm repeatability accuracy ■ Energy-efficient ■ Can be used continuously for 180 hours on a single battery ■ φ40 ultra-compact design *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In the industrial sensor industry, where electric sensors are the norm, we have developed a "precision mechanical sensor" that has no equivalent in the world. It demonstrates high accuracy even in harsh environments where coolant and chips are scattered, holding over 50 domestic and international patents with high originality. In the machine tool industry, it is adopted as a "tool setter" that detects tool wear, being used by more than 70 machine tool manufacturers across 17 countries worldwide, achieving a top-class share globally.
