Ideal for small/medium AGVs: "RCS600 Series" ■ New release: Small charging unit coming soon!! (Please check for more details)
■Features - A charging pad unlike any other, outputting a perfect 600W. - Transmission distance between the heads is 0 to 20mm. - Horizontal misalignment and vertical misalignment can each be transmitted up to ±15mm and ±10mm, respectively. - Charging method adopts a battery-friendly constant current and constant voltage (CC/CV) charging system. - Compatible with both 24V lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries (consultation required). - Equipped with reliable protection features such as overcurrent and overvoltage protection, as well as high/low temperature protection. - Includes a thermistor monitoring function to monitor the battery's temperature. - The power/charging unit allows for visual confirmation of the charging status and signal input/output. - Can be easily retrofitted to existing AGVs. ■Usage Example When charging the battery mounted on an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), time loss occurred due to tasks such as removing the battery and connecting connectors. The B&Plus Remote Power Supply System with 600W charging specification eliminates these tasks by making the connector part non-contact. Additionally, by installing it at stopping points along the travel line, it enables charging while in operation, significantly contributing to the automation of battery charging, reduction of work time, and labor-saving.
