The ultrasonic flaw detection imaging device can display inspection results with easy-to-understand image data.
One method for detecting internal defects in materials is the use of ultrasound. Among these, ultrasonic flaw detection imaging devices, which can display inspection results as easily understandable image data, have now spread across various fields in the industry and are being used effectively. Recently, we developed a new system called the "High-Speed Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Scanner," which incorporates a portable phased array ultrasonic flaw detector into a conventional single-probe flaw detection scanner. By using this device, it has become possible to detect small defects at the level of several tens of micrometers and to perform high-speed flaw detection on large materials. In this article, we will introduce the features of the high-speed ultrasonic flaw detection scanner that utilizes the latest phased array technology. ⇒ For more details, please download the catalog and read further.
