JKK Japan Instruments develops custom-made liquid level gauges with a consistent process from design to production. There are three main types of liquid level gauges: "liquid level gauges that observe the liquid level inside the tank," "liquid level gauges that are directly welded to the tank," and "sight glasses that observe the inside of pipes." ■ Liquid level gauges that observe the liquid level inside the tank These range from simple and inexpensive round glass types to standard Clinger types, as well as versatile magnetic types. Types: Round glass liquid level gauge, Clinger liquid level gauge, Magnetic liquid level gauge ■ Liquid level gauges that are directly welded to the tank These gauges are welded directly to the tank to observe the fluid, available in round, rectangular, and oval shapes. Types: Welded liquid level gauge ■ Sight glasses that observe the inside of pipes These gauges are used to check the flow inside the pipes. Customization Example (Sight Glass 1) This is a liquid level gauge that allows you to check the flow inside the piping. While there are many commercially available sight glasses, there are not many that are specially designed. The sight glass requested for design features multiple nozzles, has undergone anti-chlorination treatment, and has a Teflon lining applied to the inner contact part. Additionally, as a response to the increasingly strict fire safety regulations, a protective cover has been provided for the visible glass section to prevent breakage.
