Energy-saving devices for air conditioners, refrigeration units, and chillers! Reduces power consumption by approximately 32.8%! Here are examples of installations for chillers used in clean rooms.
We would like to introduce a case study of the energy-saving device 'Miracle Coil' for air conditioning units, refrigeration machines, and chillers, which enables significant reductions in power consumption and contracted power. At a fine chemical factory, by installing this device on a chiller for a clean room, we were able to reduce the power consumption per hour by approximately 32.8%. 【Case Study】 ■ Installation Site: Fine Chemical Factory ■ Installation Location: Chiller for Clean Room (Compressor Output 22kW) ■ Effect: Approximately 32.8% reduction in power consumption per hour *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

With the motto of being environmentally friendly, we initially focused our research and development on applying spiral tubes to car air conditioning. However, due to the sudden changes in electricity supply caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, we recognized the urgent need for energy conservation in commercial refrigeration, cooling, and air conditioning systems that have a very high electricity demand. This led to the development and practical application of the "Miracle Coil." Moving forward, we are determined to challenge ourselves in the development and commercialization of new energy-saving devices, seeking guidance from the professors at Waseda University.
