Shinko Seisakusho Co., Ltd. specializes in "precision cutting of plastics." We can process a wide range of materials, from general-purpose resins to super engineering plastics. We are particularly skilled in precision cutting of small-diameter products with outer diameters ranging from φ0.5 to φ6. <Our Features> ◯ We process approximately 100 to 1,000 pieces per day using NC lathes, but we are open to discussing larger quantities. We also provide consultations on materials and suggest optimal processing methods. ◯ We manufacture our own cutting tools, which we believe results in less coaxial runout compared to other companies. Additionally, our original cutting tools allow for complex machining in a single pass, reducing labor time and costs. ◯ The processing accuracy is approximately in the range of 0.02 to 0.03 mm, but this depends on the material and processing method, so please consult with us. <Introduction to External Links> There is a company introduction video on YouTube, so please take a look. →https://youtu.be/yHm1XvCSEZ4
