At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture flange bushes to your desired dimensions using NC lathes. ~Points~ Due to the simple shape, we can also accommodate processing on general-purpose lathes with a single chuck. In small lots processed on NC lathes (Okuma), it is common to perform machining of R shapes that do not have standard products, and unlike general-purpose machines, there are no tool costs involved. Additionally, Oiles (polyacetal resin) contains lubricating oil and special fillers, making it difficult to meet tolerances, warping, and distortion, but it has excellent machinability.
