This is a deburring tool specifically designed for electric grinders and air grinders. It glides smoothly under its own weight, requiring only a light touch to produce minimal secondary burrs, resulting in a smooth finish. Furthermore, it uses super abrasives and heat-resistant bonds, allowing for continuous operation. The abrasive layer is also thick, ensuring a long lifespan. For SUS304 processing: In secondary burr tests, our stent trimmer achieved a secondary burr value of 0.01 to 0.05, compared to the conventional sander's value of 0.154. Additionally, the surface finish improved from RZ14.8 to RZ5.6.
