Since chip processing is difficult, the waste itself becomes industrial waste, so by outsourcing, you don't have to worry about post-processing. Additionally, for small lots, we often process R-shaped designs that do not have standard products through NC machining, which does not incur tool costs unlike general-purpose machines. = Useful Information = The "rollers" for automotive-related industrial machinery often have relatively simple shapes, and those that require machining tend to be more expensive. Furthermore, high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmora) is an excellent material for wear resistance, but it is on the softer side among resins, and strong pressure can leave marks.
