Functions of the Item Management System ■ Loan Management Reservations, loans, and returns can be processed quickly and accurately. Loans can be made for accessories and sets. ■ Inventory Management (Scheduled for release after October 2015) Inventory intake, outtake, and status can be monitored quickly and accurately. Inventory can be tracked by location, such as store fronts and warehouses. The status of items being taken out can also be managed through gates, etc. ■ Physical Item Management Bulk reading of Beacons/RFID reduces inventory counting labor. Displaying photos and information of items enhances inspection accuracy. Inspections can also be conducted while items are still packaged. ■ Inspection Management Notifications for inspection periods are sent in advance. The timing for disposal can be determined from inspection/repair history. Features Peripheral devices (attachments) can be selected according to on-site applications. (See image)
