We will introduce the case of measuring the dew point of the atmosphere inside heat treatment furnaces and electric furnaces, or the exhaust gas, using a "dew point meter" that measures the moisture contained in gas and air. In industrial furnaces, industrial gas is supplied to create a special atmosphere inside the furnace. The products manufactured in that furnace may be significantly affected in quality if there are differences in the composition and moisture content of the internal atmosphere, so the internal atmosphere is continuously monitored. In cases where the internal atmosphere exceeds 200°C, components that provide a cooling effect can be attached to the sample piping, allowing for adjustments to create suitable conditions for measurement. In such cases, the dew point temperature of the exhaust gas is continuously monitored at fixed points or measured at arbitrary spot points.
