We would like to introduce a case study of waterproof electrical components processing proposed by F Plus. In outdoor use hydraulic valve coils, there were frequent issues with water ingress into the coil interior. Therefore, we selected appropriate resin materials and, through repeated trials, determined the gate position and size. We are currently maintaining zero occurrences of waterproof failures.
